About Lytework

Lytework Labs is a trading division of Ogging Pty Ltd (ABN 23 677 171 247), based in Perth, Western Australia. Throughout these terms, "Lytework", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Lytework Labs.

Lytework makes sodium-first hydration capsules and free hydration planning tools for endurance athletes. Our recommendations are based on peer-reviewed sports science research but are intended as general guidance only. They are not medical advice.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We process payments securely through Shopify Payments and the payment options shown at checkout. Subscriptions are managed through Appstle Subscriptions. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

• We suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method
• The product is out of stock
• There is a pricing or product description error on the website
• Delivery to your location is not possible

If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment in full.

Subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe to Lytework, the following applies:

• Subscriptions are managed through Appstle Subscriptions
• You will be charged automatically at the cadence you select (e.g., monthly, every two months)
• You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge
• You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account — no phone calls, no friction
• Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; you will not be charged again after you cancel
• The 15% subscription discount applies to all renewals as long as your subscription remains active

If your payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you. If we cannot collect payment after reasonable attempts, the subscription will be paused.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers by email. Our current commitment is to hold launch pricing for at least 12 months.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

• Standard shipping: $9.95
• Express shipping: $14.95
• Free standard shipping on orders over $99

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from Perth, Western Australia, and delivered within 3–5 business days via Australia Post, depending on your location and Australia Post service levels. International shipping is not currently available.

Risk in the product passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

Returns, refunds, and our 14-day guarantee

14-Day Performance Guarantee

Your first order is covered by our 14-Day Performance Guarantee. If Lytework doesn't perform for you within 14 days of delivery, contact us with your order confirmation and we'll refund your order in full to your original payment method. No need to return the product. This guarantee applies to your first order only, requires proof of purchase, and asks that you've used Lytework across at least 3 sessions within the 14 days.

Change of mind

Because Lytework is a consumable product, change-of-mind returns are only accepted on items that are unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you.

How to request a return

1. Email support@lyteworklabs.com with your order number within the applicable window above
2. We will send you return instructions
3. Once approved, we will refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including the right to a replacement or refund for major failures, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe a product is faulty, contact us at support@lyteworklabs.com and we will resolve it promptly.

The hydration calculator

Our hydration calculator is provided free of charge to help you plan your hydration around training and racing. By using it, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The recommendations are based on the information you provide and on general sports science principles. They are estimates, not prescriptions
• Individual hydration needs vary significantly. Recommendations should be tested in training before being applied in racing
• The calculator is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional or accredited sports dietitian
• You are responsible for monitoring how you feel and adjusting your hydration accordingly
• Lytework is not liable for any outcome resulting from your use of the calculator, to the maximum extent permitted by law

Data you enter into the calculator is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Use of our website and content

You may use our website, blog, white papers, and calculator for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission
• Use our content to train machine learning models without written permission
• Use the site or calculator for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, including through automated scraping at scale

Intellectual property

"Lytework", the Lytework logo, the SALT Framework, and all associated branding, content, and product designs are the property of Ogging Pty Ltd. The Lytework trademark is registered (or pending registration) with IP Australia. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, or other content to us — including through email, social media tags, or our review platform — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for marketing and product purposes, with attribution where appropriate. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms, your use of the website or calculator, or the purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss (including lost profits, lost data, or loss of expected savings)
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law

Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell or rent your email address.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes affecting subscribers, we will notify you by email.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
