Pre-Order Terms

What you are pre-ordering

You are reserving one or more bottles of Lytework Sodium Capsules from our first production run. Each bottle contains 60 capsules.

Active ingredients are sodium chloride, magnesium gluconate, and calcium carbonate, in a gelatin capsule shell. The product contains no sugar, no flavour, no fillers, no sweeteners, and no artificial additives.

Final per-capsule amounts of elemental sodium, magnesium, and calcium are being confirmed at commercial trial completion. All pre-order customers will receive the final product specifications in writing before their order ships.

Payment

Payment is processed in full at the time you place your pre-order. Pricing is locked at the time of order, and we will not charge any additional amount when your bottle ships.

All pre-order pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes GST where applicable. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and Stripe.

Shipping timeline

Pre-orders are scheduled to dispatch from September 2026. The estimated ship date may shift by up to 30 days due to manufacturing, logistics, or fulfilment factors. We will notify you directly by email of any change to the ship window.

If the ship date moves beyond 30 days from the original estimate, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time.

Pre-orders ship from Perth, Western Australia via Australia Post.

Cancellations before dispatch

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to cancel

1. Email support@lyteworklabs.com with your order number and request to cancel
2. We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days
3. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days

Refunds after receipt

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. We do not require the product to be returned.

Email support@lyteworklabs.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund your purchase in full.

This 14-day refund window is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which are not affected by these terms.

Founding Athletes

The first 300 pre-orders are Founding Athletes and receive:

• A numbered bottle (01–300) from the first production run
• Lifetime access to the Lytework Field Team — first to test new Lytework products, tools, and protocols before public release
• Subscription pricing locked at the launch rate ($50.96 per month) for 24 months from launch, even when general pricing increases

Founding Athlete benefits are tied to your original pre-order. If you cancel and re-order later, you will not retain your Founding number, Field Team membership, or locked subscription pricing.

Founding numbers are allocated in order of pre-order placement. Your Founding number will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Address changes

If you move house between placing your pre-order and the dispatch date, email support@lyteworklabs.com with your order number and updated address. We will update your record.

Address changes must be received before dispatch to be honoured. Once your order has shipped, address changes are not possible.

Payment method updates

If your credit card expires or is replaced between pre-order and dispatch, no action is required — payment was processed in full at the time of order. Your bottle will still ship to your registered address on the original schedule.

Country of origin and manufacturing

Lytework Sodium Capsules are manufactured to Australian standards under GMP-certified conditions. Final country of origin will be disclosed on the bottle label and is available on request before dispatch.

Final product specifications

All pre-order customers will receive final product specifications in writing before dispatch, including:

• Exact per-capsule amounts of elemental sodium, magnesium, and calcium
• Capsule shell source and dietary suitability
• Full ingredients disclosure and allergen information
• Country of manufacture

If you are dissatisfied with the final specifications, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Pricing protection

The pre-order price of $59.95 per bottle is held for the first 12 months after launch. Any future price increases will not apply to your pre-ordered bottle.

Founding Athletes receive subscription pricing locked at $50.96 per month for 24 months from launch, regardless of any general pricing changes during that period.

Subscription availability

Subscription purchases are not available during the pre-order period. Subscription becomes available at launch in September 2026, with a 15% discount and free shipping on every order.

Founding Athletes will be offered first access to convert their pre-order into an ongoing subscription post-launch, at their locked Founding rate.

Communications during the pre-order period

By placing a pre-order, you consent to receiving the following emails from us between pre-order and dispatch:

• Order confirmation with your Founding number (if applicable)
• Manufacturing updates during the trial and production process
• Final product specification disclosure before dispatch
• Shipping confirmation and tracking

These are transactional emails directly related to your order. Marketing emails are separate and only sent if you have opted in to our newsletter.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Pre-Order Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including the right to a replacement or refund for major failures, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If you believe a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact support@lyteworklabs.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Pre-Order Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Material changes affecting existing pre-order customers will be communicated by email, and you will retain your right to cancel for a full refund if any change is unacceptable to you.
