Where we ship

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand via Australia Post. We don't currently ship to other international destinations.

Shipping rates

Australia

  • Standard shipping: $9.95
  • Express shipping: $14.95
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $99

New Zealand

  • Standard shipping: A$14.95
  • Express shipping: A$24.95
  • Free standard shipping on orders over A$99

New Zealand orders are charged in New Zealand dollars, converted from Australian dollars at the current exchange rate. The exact amount — and whether your order qualifies for free shipping — is shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from Perth, Western Australia.

  • Australia: delivered within 3–5 business days via Australia Post, depending on your location and Australia Post service levels.
  • New Zealand: delivered within 6–10 business days (Standard) or 3–5 business days (Express) via Australia Post International. International orders may occasionally take a little longer if held for customs inspection.

Customs, duties and taxes

New Zealand orders may be subject to local customs processing. Any import duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient, though these typically don't apply to standard orders.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You'll also receive updates via email or SMS as your package moves through the network.

Changing your shipping address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. If you notice an error before your order is dispatched, contact us immediately at support@lyteworklabs.com and we'll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@lyteworklabs.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package and product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we'll open an enquiry with Australia Post and sort it out.

Risk and title

Risk in the product passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
